2025 Winter Season - MiniRoos U8 to U12 and G8 to G12

Our MiniRoos Program encompasses all players from U8 to U12 in both mixed and girls only teams. With a number of teams at each age group, we are able to cater to beginners as well as more advanced players. Please carefully read all of the information and register via the link below.

Easts FC has a prescribed training program focusing on players achieving a variety of outcomes throughout the season, including:

  • 1st touch - receiving a pass / Striking the ball - passing and finishing
  • Running with the ball - changing direction and running at speed
  • 1v1 - defensive and attacking concepts

All Easts coaches running training sessions have Football Federation Australia coaching certificates and understand that training is meant to be a fun and inclusive environment with maximum time on the ball. This methodology and application helps embody our community spirit and foster the love of football to all players.
