For our 2022 Spring Season we will have the below training only options available for current Easts FC members and non-members.
Advanced Football Skills
Advanced Football Skills is a weekly program involving quick tempo passing and receiving practices along with ball manipulation activities to teach attacking moves and feints that are
transferable into game play. We have devised technically based sessions to improve cognitive development in football situations, as without the ability to make quick decisions and to have the ability to carry them out, we can’t advance in the game.We will balance emotional learning with physical literacy to challenge the players each session, using a hybrid of close futsal skills, to mid range passing ability.
- Dates: Starts Friday October 7th - Ends Friday December 9th (10 weeks)
- Cost: $96 (as of 1 November)
- Location: 5pm Moore Park Synthetic
- Eligibility: Playing in ESFA Mixed Black Division or higher (U8-U14)

Ball Mastery Program
Our Ball Mastery Program is designed to develop your skills with the ball in a supportive training environment. This program is the perfect preseason opportunity for players to sharpen their skills. Our qualified coaches work with players in small groups to help players of all abilities. Key details:
- Dates: Starts w/c October 3rd - Ends w/c December 5th (10 weeks)
- Cost: $96 (as of 1 November)
- Time & Location: Wednesday 4pm at Moore Park Synthetic
- Eligibility: Open to boys and girls, any ability U8 to U12
- Limited spaces available
U6/U7 Training Only Session
Running side by side to our standard Minis U6/U7 program, this 1 hour training only session is the perfect introduction to the sport and club.
- Dates: Starts w/c October 17th - Ends w/c December 5th (8 weeks)
- Cost: $96 (as of 1 November)
- Time & Location: Mondays 4pm at Moore Park Synthetic
- Eligibility: Open to boys and girls, any ability U6 to U7
- Limited spaces available
