The 2023 Development Select program includes the following benefits:
- Pre-season training program starting w/c January 30 for 8 weeks (1x session per week)
- Winter Season training from end March to end August (2x sessions per week)
- Weekly 2023 Winter Season games from end March to mid August (Saturday boys and Sunday for girls)
- FA licenced coaches for all training sessions and weekend games
- Access to the highest ESFA divisions or above age group seedings
- Included registration to the 2023 Kanga Cup in Canberra - first week of July school holidays (for U13, G13, U14 and G15)
- Access to grass and synthetic fields (Queens Park, Moore Park Grass/Synthetic and Heffron)
- Adidas playing uniform with numbered home and away shirts, shorts and socks (worth $120)
- Additional off field clothing package with Easts FC logos (worth $180)
- Sizes taken and uniform distributed before week one of the Winter Season
