Development Select Program

The 2024 Development Select program will aim have the below inclusions. Please note that these inclusions and cost are an estimate and will be confirmed/adjusted closer to the start of the season. 

• 8 week pre-season training program starting end January/early February (1x training session per week).
• Winter Season training from end March to end August (2x sessions per week).
• Weekly 2024 Winter Season games from end March to mid August in the Eastern Suburbs Football Association (Saturday for mixed teams and Sunday for girls only).
• Paid Football Australia licenced coaches for all training sessions and weekend games.
• Access to the highest ESFA divisions or above age group seedings.
• Included registration to the 2024 Kanga Cup in Canberra - first week of July school holidays.
• Included admission to other tournaments such as a local tour and competitive games vs non-ESFA teams.
• Access to grass and synthetic fields (Queens Park, Waverley Synthetic and Moore Park Grass/Synthetic).
• Adidas playing uniform with numbered home and away shirts, shorts and socks (worth $125).
• Additional off field clothing package with Easts FC logos (worth $150).
• Sizes taken and uniform distributed by mid March 2024.
• Dedicated Coaching Program developed by our Technical Director and as prescribed by Football Australia.
• Continuous player feedback with end of season performance review.
• FA membership under FNSW and ESFA.
• Full insurance (FNSW package).
• Other invitational events.

All of the elements of the program are designed to further progress players skills through different footballing experiences in various settings. We provide our players and teams with over 30 weeks of continuous football development ensuring that our program offers unrivalled value for money in the area and advanced coaching methods and training. 

2024 Registration Cost

• $1200 (inclusive of deposit).
