Winter Season 2022

The 2022 Winter Season will commence the first weekend of April, with training starting that week. The Club’s U6 (born in 2016) and U7 (born in 2015) program provides a development pathway through to the Miniroos (U8 to U12) program at the Club. This pathway provides a great foundation and introduction to the four key skills of striking the ball, running with the ball, one on one and first touch as set out in the FFA curriculum. Your registration fees provide outstanding value for money as players can train during the week and play matches on Saturday mornings. Our dedicated and qualified coaches deliver our development program, which has been formulated using the FFA National Curriculum delivering the “The Discovery Phase”. The Easts FC Minis Program has been refined over the years to ensure that it provides the players with the opportunity to develop their love for the game and to take their football to the next level.

The 2022 program will include the following benefits:

  • Training program as prescribed by the FFA

  • Program delivered by FFA licensed coaches

  • Training once or twice per week

  • Full insurance

  • Matches on a Saturday morning at Queens Park

  • 2 or 3 Easts FC & ESFA Gala Days throughout the season

Winter 2022 Registration Price:

  • $450 (Active Kids Vouchers accepted)

Matches and Training

  • Minis teams train once or twice per week on either a Monday at Queens Park at 3:45pm or 4:30pm and/or Fridays at Moore Park Synthetic at 4pm. A training nomination form will be sent to registered members to complete in March.
  • Minis teams compete in an internal competition (mixed) on Saturday mornings at Queens Park, U6 play at 8am and U7 play at 9am. The season starts late March and concludes mid August. The teams are graded to ensure that we keep score blowouts to a minimum and we see lost of evenly matches games. We encourage parents to get involved with the teams each weekend by acting as the game day coach or team manager. The Club provides training and support to those parents who are keen to get involved.
