How to register in 2025 + a breakdown of where your fees go.
Prior to registering:
- Have a passport style photo ready to upload.
- Apply for a Working with Children Check if you are registering as a Coach or Team Manager for both juniors and seniors.
Basic Instructions for U6 to U18 players/parents:
Part 1 - Registration form
- Find the relevant age group page and carefully read all information provided.
- Click and fill out the registration form with your information and selecting the training session of your choosing. Note that games are included in that training package for all ages groups U6 and above.
- Wait for an update regarding step 2 to be sent from Easts FC staff.
- If you filled in the form while we had capacity - you will be sent a registration link to confirm payment.
- If you are placed on a waitlist, we will reach out with alternative spots.
Part 2 - Play Football
- Set up a PlayFootball Account using the main email address you have used to register your children in the past.
- Select the participant you would like to register.
- Enter the club Easts FC (NSW), then register for the specific age group and training time.
- Update the child’s contact details and add a photo - this must be a clear headshot (no sunglasses)..
- Move through the additional questions and terms and conditions.
- Complete your payment and proceed to register further children if applicable.
Basic Instructions for Adult Players:
- Create a Play Football Account using the same email address as previous years or a new one if needed.
- Claim your profile attached to your email address.
- Use the provided Play Football link and start your Registration.
- Update your contact details if necessary and add a photo - this must be a clear headshot (no sunglasses).
- Move through the additional questions and terms and conditions.
- Complete your payment.

Registration Fees
As not-for-profit a club, Easts FC is committed to providing a fair and transparent registration fee for all players and families. The amount of such fees is determined on a year by year basis through a detail assessment of actual costs and forecast budgets. All players registered with Easts FC MUST have their registration fee paid in full prior to playing any ESFA sanctioned match. Due to insurance and or liability requirements, a player should not take the field unless their registration has been paid in full. Player registration fees are made up of various components taking into account not only club fees (Easts FC proportion) but others set by various local, regional, state and national football bodies.
Easts FC portion of the registration fees covers, but is not limited to:
- Yearly grass and synthetic field hire to relevant councils;
- Ground maintenance and lighting;
- Training balls and match balls;
- Coaching and coaching development;
- Training equipment purchase and maintenance from goals to bibs;
- Game Leader and referee payments;
- End of year medals, trophies, activities and presentations;
- Full time admin and club operations;
- Football Australia licenced coaching staff;
- Player injury insurace via GowGates and Football NSW;
- Cost of registration platforms, email, EDMs, etc;
- GST transaction fee (to cover charges levied by the bank/payment services provider).
Junior player registration fees for Winter 2025 are:
- $485 for U6/7s
- $520 for U8-12s
- $555 for U13-U18s
- ESFA, FNSW & Football Australia fees are $59.5 to 118.5 per player depending on the age group. This is included in your seasonal registration.
- Junior fees increased 6.5% from 2024. The last Winter Season cost increase was in 2023.
Senior player registration fees for Winter 2025 are:
- $600 per player.
- ESFA, FNSW & Football Australia fees are $274.5 per player, included in your $600 payment.
- Senior fees did not increase from 2024.
