Easts Football Club is a local, inclusive community club delivering a fun, competitive football experience for all ages underpinned by a strong training and development philosophy. Easts FC is one of the largest not for profit community Football Clubs in the Eastern Suburbs offering football programs for players aged 3 years to over 45 years, both male and female. The Club prides itself on its development philosophy for all of its players and has become a local leader in bringing advances in coaching programs to the area. 2022 Winter Registration Information

All 2022 winter registrations will go through the national PlayFootball platform.

How to register in 2022

Prior to registering:

• Ensure that you have applied for an Active Kids Voucher if eligible.
• Have a passport style photo ready to upload.
• Apply for a Working with Children Check if you are registering as a Coach or Team Manager.

Basic Instructions for Parents:

• Set up a PlayFootball Account using the main email address you have used to register your children in the past.
• Link all children to your Account. This must be done first, otherwise you will miss out on the sibling discount. No refunds will be processed afterwards.
• Select the participant you would like to register.
• Enter the club Easts FC (NSW), then register for the specific age group and training time:
  • For U6&U7 & U13-U18, you will not need to choose your training time during the registration process. Once registered, we will send you a form to nominate your preferred training slot.
  • For U8-U12, you will register into your desired training time during the registration process*
• Update the child’s contact details and add a photo.
• Move through the additional questions and terms and conditions.
• When you reach the payment screen, enter the Active Kids Voucher number and apply.
• Complete your payment and proceed to register further children if applicable.

*when you register your nominated training time we will endeavour to accommodate.

Basic Instructions for Adult Players:

• Create a Play Football Account using the same email address as previous years.
• Claim your profile attached to your email address.
• Sign in to Play Football and start your Registration.
• Select your Age Group and then Select Easts FC (NSW).
  • If you are a returning player, please select your 2021 team.
  • If you are a new player, please select ‘New Player’ package.
• Update your contact details if necessary and add a photo.
• Move through the additional questions and terms and conditions.
• Complete your payment.

Registration FAQ’S

• Where does my registration fee go to? Easts FC sets its registration fees to recover the base cost of putting a player on the pitch. This includes field hire, Football New South Wales (FNSW) and Eastern Suburbs Football Association (ESFA) fees, kit and equipment and administration costs.
• Can I use my Active Kids Voucher? Yes! Please apply for your Active Kids Voucher here. For more information about how to use it with Easts FC, click here.
• How do I know what age group my child is in for registration? Please see all 2022 age group information here.
• Do I receive a sibling discount? Yes! This is $25AUD.
• Is uniform included in my registration? No, unless specified in your registration package. Uniform will be available to purchase online for home delivery or for collection at our Queens Park clubhouse. We will release more information on this soon.
• What is included in my registration and where can I see the information for trainings and matches? All information can be found by heading to 'our teams' and selecting your relevant age group.
• When do I need to register by? All registrations must be completed and paid by midnight March 13th 2022. All registrations for Advanced and Development Squad must be completed and paid by 5pm February 1st 2022. Some teams will be filled and closed prior to march so be quick!
• Do I need to pay when I register? Yes.
• When does the 2022 season start? Beginning of April (exact dates TBC by ESFA).
• Where can I see the fixtures and results for the 2022 season? Once completed by ESFA, these will be available to view here.

Friendship Requests

• No friendship requests will be taken by email or upon enquiry. 
• Ensure you and your friend register to the same package (same training day and time)
• Once registered we will send a form to complete by a due date with the option to select up to 2 other friends.
• Please note that the friendship request will have to be mutual.
• If you submit a mutual friendship request, this may over ride the grading process to ensure that they play together.

Registration Fee’s

As a club, Easts FC is committed to providing a fair and transparent registration fee for all players and families.  The amount of such fees is determined on a year by year basis through a detail assessment of actual costs and forecast budgets. All players registered with Easts FC MUST have their registration fee paid in full prior to playing any ESFA sanctioned match. Due to insurance and or liability requirements, a player should not take the field unless his/her registration has been paid in full. Player registration fees are made up of various components taking into account not only club fees (Easts FC proportion) but others set by various local, regional, state and national football bodies. 

Easts FC portion of the registration fees covers, but is not limited to:

• Yearly grounds hire to relevant councils;
• Ground maintenance and lighting;
• Training balls and match balls;
• Coaching and coaching development;
• Training equipment;
• Referee payments;
• Goals maintenance;
• End of year gifts, trophies and presentations;
• Admin and club operations;
• GST transaction fee (to cover charges levied by the bank/payment services provider).
